WENT TO SCHOOL CAMP!!!!!!

Yeah! I went to school camp! in a place called Boyne Island for three days. I slept in tents with a group of friends for two nights, but it was OK.

Anyway, these were the activities we did:

Low ropes, which there was a series of ropes that you had to get across from end to end. It was tricky!

Bush Cooking, where like if you go camping in the dry Australian forest that you learn how to make a fire and cook a raising flour dough over the fire called dampers. And eat it with honey.

Mangrove walking, we learnt how mango--sorry-- mangrove trees survive in salt water and how they filter salt out of the air.

Aaand last but fun, fishing!! You gotta try it sometime its sooooooooooo fun. It's the second most popular past time in Australia. We didn't use fishing rods but a thing called hand lines. I had a really hard time casting because there is a technique on how you do it. And there was an eel lurking in the rocks trying to steal our bait without getting caught on a hook. I didn't catch anything though.
